Clean and comfortable rooms. The twin/double room had a well-stocked electric kettle and the guest house provided ski storage space.

Check-in process: Language barrier, had difficulty communicating and had to find someone who spoke English to assist.

Clean room, great facilities, convenient parking. The location was perfect, close to the mountains and easy transportation. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The chalet we stayed in had everything we needed, including a spacious kitchenette and a flat-screen TV for some evening entertainment. We loved having a kettle in our room, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea after a long day of exploring. The air conditioning in our twin/double room was a lifesaver during the hot summer days. The triple room we stayed in had a lovely balcony, where we enjoyed our morning coffee with a breathtaking view. It was great to have a private bathroom in our room, ensuring privacy and convenience.

Personally, we found the electric kettle in one of the twin/double rooms a bit outdated.

Enjoyed the scenic location and proximity to Tatra National Park. Free parking was a plus.

Absolutely loved lugging my heavy suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. So thrilled that the balcony was first come, first serve.

stayed in zakopane before but harenda was even better - clean room, great location near bus stops and grocery store, comfortable stay.
